His single “WORK THAT” became a two-category finalist in Daddy B. Nice's 2020 Annual Southern Soul Music Awards, ranked number seven in the publication's January 2021 Top 10 Singles, and appeared at number four on Southern Soul Heat's August 2020 Top 5 Bangers list.
THA PARTY KING has also collaborated with his sister, Southern Soul artist Donyale Renee, on “Back Dat Booty” and “Back Dat Booty 2.0.” The original version received spotlight recognition, a BET-related virtual performance selection, and a number-five Fleet DJs Southern Soul Division Top Ten ranking.

THA PARTY KING is an independent recording artist, songwriter, entertainer and music entrepreneur whose career began under the name Bishop A and expanded through his work as lead artist of the Atlanta-based Hip-Hop Party League. His catalog has generated documented television, film, digital-platform and international royalty activity. Today, THA PARTY KING combines Southern Soul, R&B, funk, hip-hop, country, Louisiana zydeco and dance music into an evolving Southern crossover sound created to move people physically and emotionally.
THA PARTY KING is the current artist identity of Anthony Antwann Allen, an independent recording artist, songwriter, entertainer, label owner and music entrepreneur whose journey began in Christian hip-hop under the name Bishop A. Following early releases and performances throughout the South, Allen relocated to Atlanta, connected with manager Virgil Loften and became the lead artist of the Hip-Hop Party League. Working with producer Keith “Versitile” Bell, Tray-Dae and the Party League dancers, the group developed a high-energy performance identity and released the EP Wash-N-Machine and the albums Unleash the Beast and Freedom Party through HPL Records. Music from the catalog later generated television, film, streaming-video and international royalty activity connected to productions including The Real World, Bad Girls Club, Shameless, SMILF, Parental Control, The Real L Word, WakeBrothers and The Turkey Bowl. Today, THA PARTY KING continues that entertainment legacy through a Southern crossover sound blending Southern Soul, R&B, funk, hip-hop, country, Louisiana zydeco and dance music. His mission remains consistent: create music that brings people together and moves them physically and emotionally.

Beyond entertainment, Anthony Antwann Allen brings a substantial educational and entrepreneurial background to the THA PARTY KING brand. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Innovation & Design from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an MBA with a minor in Corporate Management from East Texas A&M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude at the MBA level. His additional professional education includes Six Sigma Green Belt training and Advanced Valuation & Strategy studies in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital through Erasmus University Rotterdam. Allen has also received an honorary doctorate in Christian Ministry from North Central Theological Seminary.
